About the Roles
Customer Care TeamAs part of our Customer Operations unit, the Customer Care Team ensures that every flight experience meets the high standards our clients expect. You’ll handle client communications before, during, and after their journey, managing changes, special requests, and feedback.
• Provide personalised service and ensure clients feel valued and supported.
• Maintain real-time awareness of flight status and client preferences.
• Log all interactions and updates in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and visibility across departments.
• Collaborate with the Coordinator and Ground Ops teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement and retention.
Flight Advisory Team
Operating at the interface between sales and operations, the Flight Advisory team plays a crucial role in converting inquiries into confirmed flights. You’ll handle charter requests, prepare quotations, conduct availability checks, and ensure that each booking transitions flawlessly from inquiry to execution.
• Respond promptly to client requests and generate tailored quotations.
• Liaise with Ground Ops to confirm aircraft and crew feasibility.
• Manage all client interactions and booking data in the CRM system, ensuring transparent communication.
• Support clients throughout the booking process with professionalism and urgency.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Care to maintain service consistency and optimize conversion performance.
