We are seeking an ambitious and visionary commercial leader to shape the next chapter of GlobeAir’s success.
This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a commercially astute, strategically minded professional with the drive to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. The VP of Commercial Operations & Marketing will act as a key connector between Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Business Operations, ensuring seamless collaboration from first client contact through to flight execution.
As GlobeAir continues to strengthen its position as Europe’s leading on-demand private jet operator, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, market expansion, and brand excellence while fostering an agile, high-performance culture across the commercial organisation.
This role will oversee the strategic, structural, and systemic development of GlobeAir’s Commercial and Marketing divisions, leading all aspects of client acquisition, market growth, and brand strategy. The VP Commercial Operations & Marketing will ensure that every commercial initiative is aligned with GlobeAir’s long-term vision of operational excellence and superior customer experience.
Core Areas of Responsibility include:- Market Development: Identify, evaluate, and capitalise on new markets and revenue opportunities while strengthening GlobeAir’s existing customer base.
- Brand & Marketing Leadership: Evolve GlobeAir’s brand identity to reflect its values of agility, excellence, and personalised service. Oversee digital, content, and performance marketing to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Commercial Strategy & Positioning: Define and execute GlobeAir’s commercial strategy, ensuring competitive differentiation through data-driven insights and customer understanding. Drive pricing, yield, and margin optimisation in partnership with Business Operations.
- Sales & Customer Relationship Leadership: Lead the integration of Sales and Flight & Sales Advisory teams under a joint commercial framework, empowering both to respond, quote, and close deals swiftly and effectively. Promote seamless alignment with Customer Operations to ensure flawless client handovers from inquiry to execution.
- Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
Establish and maintain strategic alliances that expand GlobeAir’s market reach and product offering. Support long-term business growth through partnerships with brokers, operators, and corporate clients. - Data & CRM Excellence
Ensure CRM data quality and utilisation for informed decision-making and proactive client engagement. Foster a performance-driven culture using data analytics to track sales performance, conversion, and marketing ROI.
