As part of our ongoing organizational transformation, we are expanding our Commercial Operations & Marketing Division, with a strong focus on CRM-driven growth, market intelligence, and customer relationship excellence.
We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our Commercial Operations & Marketing team in areas such as Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and CRM Strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who combine commercial acumen with customer-centric thinking and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, driving revenue, and strengthening GlobeAir’s brand presence across Europe.
You will be part of an integrated commercial organization working hand-in-hand with Business Operations and Customer Operations to deliver exceptional service and ensure every client experience reflects GlobeAir’s values of agility, reliability, and excellence.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Account Management
- Build and maintain relationships with private and corporate clients.
- Develop and convert qualified leads into long-term business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close charter bookings with precision and professionalism.
- Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities.
- Strengthen GlobeAir’s presence across existing and emerging markets.
- Leverage CRM data to manage pipelines, analyze performance, and improve conversion rates.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to shape long-term commercial strategies.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Elevate GlobeAir’s brand visibility through creative campaigns, digital storytelling, and performance marketing.
- Drive lead generation and customer engagement through data-driven initiatives.
- Use CRM insights to design targeted marketing initiatives and customer retention strategies.
- Enhance lead generation and optimize campaign ROI through data analytics and automation.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints and communications.
Cross-Divisional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Business Operations to ensure commercial commitments align with operational excellence.
- Support Customer Operations in delivering a smooth client journey from inquiry to flight.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and accountability across the commercial organization.
CRM & Data Excellence
- Champion CRM as a strategic tool for customer insight, relationship management, and business growth.
- Maintain and improve data quality to ensure a single, reliable source of truth across the commercial organization.
- Drive CRM adoption and utilization across teams, embedding a data-driven culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Translate customer data into actionable insights that support marketing, sales, and service excellence.
