- Hypervisor Management: Oversee and optimize the operation of hypervisors to ensure efficient use of virtualized environments.
- IT Infrastructure Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring it meets operational needs and performance standards.
- System Backups: Regularly perform and monitor backups to ensure data integrity and reliable recovery processes.
- Cyber Security: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect our systems and data against potential threats.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing technical support for client systems, ensuring their reliability and performance.
- M365 & SharePoint Administration: Manage the company’s M365 and SharePoint environments, ensuring secure and efficient use.
- Second Level Support: Resolve escalated IT issues that require more advanced technical knowledge.
